Due to the current situation with COVID-19, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has found it necessary to put a hold on the Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara Cruises Flight Finder Jet-Away Sweepstakes as of March 16th, 2020.
Random drawings will be conducted and prizes awarded for all entry periods through March 15th, 2020. See Official Rules for drawings and prizes that will be affected.
We will resume the Flight Finder Jet-Away Sweepstakes as soon as circumstances allow.

Create a new air reservation using the new Flight Finder booking tool in Espresso for any Royal Caribbean International 2020 cruise reservation (with deposit).
The air reservation must be made from February 10, 2020 through April 10, 2020.
Individual (FIT) cruise reservations with air transferred into a Group during the Flight Finder Jet-Away Sweepstakes are eligible.
Existing air reservations that are canceled and re-booked during the Flight Finder Jet-Away Sweepstakes are not eligble.
No tracking necessary. Royal Caribbean International will identify the eligible air reservations for the weekly drawing.

For every new air reservation you create for any 2020 sailings through the new Flight Finder booking tool in Espresso during the Promotion Period, you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Existing air reservations that are canceled and rebooked during the Promotion Period are not eligible for the Sweepstakes.
To enter the drawings without booking a client on a Royal Caribbean International Flight Finder booking tool, hand print your name, travel agency name, complete agency mailing address, agency phone and fax numbers, and the Entry Period Week for which you are entering, on a postcard and mail it to: Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Flight Finder Jet-Away Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3595, Southbury, CT 06488-3595 USA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between February 10, 2020 and April 10, 2020 and must be received by within six (6) days of the Entry Period Week for which you are entering. Entries that do not include an Entry Period Week will be disqualified. You may enter by mail as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately. No mechanically produced entries permitted. Entries from any given Entry Period Week will not be entered or otherwise included in any other Entry Period Week’s drawing. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all bookings and to request additional information to substantiate bookings. Any determinations of eligibility will be made by Sponsor whose decisions are final. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer or telephone malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction, for inaccurate transcription of submissions, or for any human error which may occur in the processing of data; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete submissions or postage-due mail; or (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. If, for any reason whatsoever, this promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant if that person has in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, violated the terms and conditions of the promotion. In that event, disqualification will result in the immediate loss of any accumulated incentive awards, and disqualified participant will be required to return any award(s) already received. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be final in regard to any matters relating to this promotion.
Fifty (50) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one round-trip air ticket as described below*. Approximate retail value of each prize is $400.00USD. The drawings for Weeks 1 – 4 will each award five (5) prizes; drawings for Weeks 5-9 will each award six (6) prizes. In the event that an insufficient number of entries is received for a given Entry Period Week, the prize(s) for that Week will be given away in the next Entry Period Week’s drawing, if any.
* PlanAhead Award Continental US, Canada and Mexico (includes US Transcontinental) (Main Cabin) Each winner of this prize will receive a round-trip air ticket for one person to be used in the Continental U.S. (including Alaska), Canada, Mexico and transcontinental flights between New York City (JFK) and San Francisco (SFO) and Los Angeles (LAX). PlanAhead Award Travel within and between the continental U.S. (including Alaska**), Canada and Mexico (includes nonstop U.S. Transcontinental) in Main Cabin (Economy Class). PlanAhead Awards are valid for one-way or round-trip travel, are subject to special limitations on seat availability, and may be subject to travel embargo dates. **American Airlines service to Alaska is seasonal.

Award ticket must be issued by midnight one year from the original award redemption date. Tickets issued against Business Extra flight awards are then valid for one year from the ticket issue date.
Award tickets are non-transferable and a non-refundable change fee will apply to reservation changes after the ticket is issued.
All taxes and fees assessed at the time of ticketing are the responsibility of the passenger. Award cannot be used in conjunction with any corporate program, promotion, coupon, discount, or special offer of American. Void where prohibited by law. Award tickets are not eligible for Main Cabin Extra seats or other preferred seat assignments.
Award travel valid ONLY on American Airlines and American Eagle® flights.
Award is not redeemable for cash and is void if sold for cash or other consideration.
A ticket issued against this award is nontransferable. Open tickets may not be issued.
Awards are valid only for tickets issued on American Airlines ticket stock. Award is not applicable to the purchase of a Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) or Prepaid Ticket (PTA).
Award has no value except when redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Travel is valid as specified above to American Airlines and American Eagle destinations served both at the time of award redemption and ticket usage.
Rules as written herein cannot be changed by any statement or representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of American Airlines or issuing organization. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
Releasees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for lost, late, stolen, inaccurate, forged, mangled, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due entries/mail; or for technical, hardware, software, telephone, satellite or other communications malfunctions/errors/failures of any kind; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your entry (once transmitted by you via e-mail); lost or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, website, Internet, or ISP availability; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; incomplete, garbled, jumbled, delayed or intercepted computer transmissions, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online (regardless of cause).
